Beautiful family apartment with a balcony. The living room and kettle were nice.- Stunning residential location.- Welcoming and exceptional staff.- Conveniently close to the airport, only 30 km away.

Fast check-in, polite staff (there are Russian speaking staff). The room is spacious, there is a kitchenette (stove, all necessary dishes, cutlery). Two bottles of beer and two waters are free daily. According to the employee, free access to the sauna and fitness room (they did not check themselves, there was no time). The restaurant is good enough, the cuisine is open until 23 hours, which is advantageous in case of late arrival; we stopped about 22 hours after a long drive, looking for a cafe nearby, there was no strength or desire, as a result of which we enjoyed a snack at the hotel. The Internet is fast, it doesn't stop.

Not a good location - the subway is not nearby, you can get to the most convenient by tram from Alexanderplatz.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 days, to participate in the Marathon. It's only 45 minutes to the centre by tram + metro! 200 metres from the hotel is a supermarket. Nice, very cozy, clean rooms with balcony. Friendly staff, speaking no problem in English and even in Russian (manager Nino!) . We had a kitchen corner with refrigerator, cutlery, microwave, stove, kettle and dishwasher! Free beer and water in the fridge were very helpful! Free Wi Fi in the whole hotel! Delicious and quite diverse breakfasts, which on Sunday morning even had champagne. Near the hotel there is a good (to our taste) Italian restaurant La Familia, where it was delicious, cozy and not expensive.

A 4-star hotel in Berlin turned off the hot water for one day! The weather outside was cool +15 or 17 degrees, it was raining, and we could not take a hot shower! :((

Had nice stay at excellent value, the staff were courteous, location was stunning in a very quiet and nice area. We had the double room and it was very specious and fairly quiet with comfortable beds...

The hotel was delightful and nice little and overlooked garden. The location was great and beautiful, at a medium distance from Berliner Allee Street. Moreover, it's near to park 9 stops by TRAM and which were very frequent...

The location of the hotel is great and stunning, close to a lake and a park. Cafe Cafe Friedas Gluck, located 1 km away, was a nice surprise.

very reasonable fare and clean room. it locates in calm green and nature and good place to walk, jogging, relaxing.

it's a bit far from public transportation.

WLAN Signal would be more powerfull.
